Le choix de la date du 18 avril a été fait en hommage au premier martyr du Printemps Noir de Kabylie, Massinissa Guermah, assassiné dans les locaux de la gendarmerie d’At Dwala. Cette veillée sera complétée par une exposition-photo en hommage aux martyrs amazighs qui permettra d’apporter une dimension supplémentaire. Cette veillée sera l’occasion de sensibiliser les participants et apporter un éclairage historique au drame en cours en TAMAZGHA. La veillée aura lieu sur le grand escalier extérieur de l’Opéra national de la Bastille à Paris 11e, métro, L1, L5 et L8 à partir de 20h.
