Grades 10-12: Advanced GESE Advanced stage exams are for people with ‘advanced/proficient’ English language ability. At these grades, the candidate is expected to understand fully the examiner’s contributions and demonstrate accurate use of a wide variety of complex language. They need to express themselves spontaneously and fluently, and maintain and develop the discussion independently. Exam structure The exam takes the form of an unscripted conversation and a listening task with a Trinity examiner and lasts for 25 minutes. There are five parts to the exam: The Topic presentation: the candidate prepares in advance to give a presentation on a topic of their choice. El Blog de la Profe Isa: Práctico Común / CDI Hola a tod@s, Cuando empecé a preparar las oposiciones me encontré con una prueba nueva que nadie sabía como preparar: "el Práctico Común". Por el momento es solo una prueba que se realiza en Madrid y que está dividida en una parte de Matemáticas y otra parte de Cultura General. Esto quiere decir, que entra cualquier cosa, ya sea Lengua, Matemáticas, Ciencias Sociales, Ciencias Naturales, Arte, etc. Aunque probablemente/socialmente no se considere que es una prueba difícil, requiere tiempo y preparación ya que exige saber literatura, matemáticas, ciencias, incluso conocer el decreto por el que se rige la Comunidad de Madrid (para consultar el decreto solo hay que pinchar aquí). Para preparar esta prueba es IMPRESCINDIBLE practicar, y para practicar podemos usar: Exámenes anteriores que nos servirán de base para empezar a repasar. Las pruebas CDI son las que realizan los alumnos de 6º en el mes de mayo y puede ser una guía ya que algunos ejercicios son muy parecidos a los que encontramos.
