25 FREE Google Drawings graphic organizers — and how to make your own Sometimes, we just need some help organizing our thoughts — students AND educators. Paper versions of graphic organizers can do a nice job of that. But by making them digital in Google Apps, they instantly become customizable. Multiple people can collaborate on them in real time. In short, digital graphic organizers are more versatile. In Google Apps, there’s a highly powerful yet highly overlooked app called Drawings. It gives users a blank canvas where they can add text, shapes, lines, etc. Drawings can be the virtual page where students can gather and process their ideas. I used to shy away from doing a lot of graphic organizers because it’s hard to design them in Google Docs; the moment I learned that you could change the page set-up to 8.5 x 11 inches, my world CHANGED. Creating graphic organizer templates with Google Drawings As Amy mentioned above, Google Slides can be used to create these as well as Google Drawings. 12 ways to use Google Cardboard in your class Virtual reality used to be the thing of science fiction books and movies. Now, it’s inexpensive, works with the technology we carry in our pockets, and can transform us to real and imaginary places. I remember watching Marty McFly sit at his table in “Back to the Future Part 2”, watching TV with virtual reality goggles. It’s here. Although many companies are diving into the virtual reality market, Google Cardboard seems to be the one that is the most cost-effective and realistic for classrooms right now. With a little research, a little money, and a little creativity, this technology can have an impact in lots of classrooms — likely including your own. What you need for Google Cardboard Google Cardboard itself is a virtual reality viewer often built from (you guessed it) cardboard but also from plastic and other materials. Google Cardboard pairs with most smartphones (iOS, Android, etc.). Looking for ideas on getting Google Cardboard in your classroom inexpensively? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.

eduCanon G Suite Updates Blog: See the status of a Gmail message after it’s been delivered Using Gmail’s Email Log Search feature in the Admin console, G Suite admins can track the delivery of messages sent and received by users within their domain. Until now, admins had to reach out to end users directly or search their mailboxes to see the status of a message after it had been delivered. With this launch, that’s no longer necessary, as a message’s post-delivery status will be listed in Email Log Search results. Going forward, to see the current location of an email, whether it’s been read or deleted, as well as any assigned labels, admins can simply expand the “Post-delivery message details” under “Recipient details” in an Email Log Search result.

10 +1 conseils pour encore mieux organiser son Google Drive | Numeriblog Sans nul doute, Google Drive est devenu l’un des services de stockage cloud les plus populaires et user friendly au monde. Your Google account might be giving outside developers access to your data — here's how to disconnect apps you don't trust before they read your mail Free photos, icons, magic and more with Google Slides add-ons Imagine, for a second, that Google Slides is a Shop Vac. (You know, one of those short, wide wet/dry vacuum cleaners with a hose.) Go with me on this … You can use that vacuum cleaner to do a lot with just a hose. Cheerios and Cheetos all over your minivan? (If you’re a parent, you know the struggle is real.) Big rain storm has your basement flooded? But what if those Cheetos are down in the cracks and crevices of your vehicle and you just can’t quite reach them? That’s where your attachments save you: Use that narrow skinny one to get between the cracks in the seat.Use the wide one to cover a larger surface area of the floor on each pass.Use the tiny pointed one and put the hose where the air blows out instead and voila — you can inflate an air mattress! Your vacuum cleaner is handy. Big news: the “Google Slides vacuum cleaner” just got attachments. They’re called add-ons. And when you open up that reservoir of creativity, great things start to flood through. Add icons with The Noun Project
