Recoil - Supreme Lyrics Highlight lyrics and explain them to earn Karma points. Supreme talks about his baby's mother like a whore. Sweet sixteen she is, With future Uncertain, Love Incomplete. Soapy days for Jr. and she. At three, Supreme comes to give his boy a pat and a pound, Put his hoodie on the couch, His Timberlands up on the chair So his bitch can bring him a beer. So, This is the Nuclear family? Supreme leaves out before Mommy comes kick his lazy narrow behind back onto the street. Being there is all there is. 2 Live Crew Hoochie Mama Karin Dreijer Andersson Karin Elisabeth Dreijer Andersson (born 7 April 1975), also known by her stage name Fever Ray, is the lead vocalist of the electronic music duo The Knife, formed with her brother Olof Dreijer. Andersson was previously the vocalist and guitarist of the alternative rock band Honey Is Cool. Andersson released her debut solo album under the name Fever Ray in 2009. Her vocal style is notable for both shrill and deep tones, and also the use of multitracked vocals, with different uses of pitch-shifting technology on each track, creating an intricate and mysterious effect. Visually, Andersson employs the use of masks, face and body paint, intricate costumes, and other theatrical elements in photo shoots, videos and live performances, during which she often performs behind a gauze screen that partially obscures her from view.[1] Solo work[edit] In 2009, Andersson composed the soundtrack to Dirty Diaries, a collection of feminist pornographic short films. Season 4 Breaking Bad- Days Like Thise Fever Ray (album) Pitchfork Media's argued that, in contrast to The Knife's "plasticky percussions and goofy synth sounds", Fever Ray "brims with fragile, more finely articulated sounds" and "moves at roughly the same pace and with the same general tone, rendering some of the songs indistinguishable at first, but committed listens will reveal this to be as nuanced and as rich of a production as anything either Dreijer has done."[10] The A.V. Club's Chris Martins viewed it as being "countless times more claustrophobic and creepy than Silent Shout" and stated that "[t]he vocal transformer is such a huge part of what Andersson does—androgynizing her words to accompany the cold music, mimicking the synth warbles and sustained tones that abound All lyrics written by Fever Ray, except where noted. Credits for Fever Ray adapted from liner notes.[32]

James Hand ''Here Lies A Good Old Boy'' Psychoactive Soundscapes - 20 Mind-Bending Psychedelic Albums of 2012 - REDEFINE magazine Well, it’s now past the supposedly prophesized Mayan apocalypse, and of course no obvious signs of eschatological judgment have been wrought down upon us, which was much to be expected. There is something else we need to address though, before we can just write this shit off for good. If you were paying any attention to what those of the neo-spiritualist ilk were saying for the last decade or so, the conversation always involved a shift in consciousness rather than a rogue asteroid raining fiery death from above. Nobody said it’d be instantaneous. Prophecies regarding a sudden massive shift in the perceptual limitations of our species always struck me as being beyond improbable. But it’s not like all hope for a revolution is lost, the times — they are a-changin’, after all. Marijuana has now been legalized in two states, one of which just so happens to be my home state for the last 11 years: Washington. This album took a while to catch up with me. Especially when O.
