Inscribed angle In geometry, an inscribed angle is formed when two secant lines of a circle (or, in a degenerate case, when one secant line and one tangent line of that circle) intersect on the circle. The basic properties of inscribed angles are discussed in Book 3, Propositions 20–22 of Euclid's Elements. These are the inscribed angle is half the central angle, inscribed angles on the same arc of a chord are equal and the sum of the two distinct inscribed angles of a chord is 180°. Property[edit] This single property has a number of consequences within the circle. For example, it allows one to prove that when two chords intersect in a circle, the products of the lengths of their pieces are equal.

Seeing Theory Seeing Theory is a project designed and created by Daniel Kunin with support from Brown University's Royce Fellowship Program. The goal of the project is to make statistics more accessible to a wider range of students through interactive visualizations. Statistics is quickly becoming the most important and multi-disciplinary field of mathematics. According to the American Statistical Association, "statistician" is one of the top ten fastest-growing occupations and statistics is one of the fastest-growing bachelor degrees.

nth root Roots of numbers 0 through 10. Line labels = x. X axis = n. Y axis = nth root of x. In mathematics, the nth root of a number x is a number r which, when raised to the power of n, equals x where n is the degree of the root. The globe of economic complexity About close x The Globe of Economic Complexity The globe of economic complexity dynamically maps out the entire world production of goods to create an economic landscape of countries around the globe. The original Atlas of Economic Complexity Beta angle The beta angle ( Light and shadow[edit] The degree of orbital shadowing an object in LEO experiences is determined by that object's beta angle. An object launched into an initial orbit with an inclination equivalent to the complement to the Earth's inclination to the ecliptic results in an initial beta angle of 0 degrees ( = 90°), and the object is in sunlight 100% of the time.[2] An example would be a polar orbit initiated at local dawn or dusk on an equinox.

Line labels = first number. X axis = second number. Y axis = LCM. The LCM of more than two integers is also well-defined: it is the smallest integer that is divisible by each of them.

Mathway allows me to solve my problems with out other help. I put the problem in, then try to figure it out. Once i have figured it out, i click answer and i press on view steps. You do have to have an account on there. by gerardo_andrade Jun 3
