Perché essere un docente e saper padroneggiare l’arte dell’uso di Drive è un eccellente toccasana per la didattica, per la qualità del lavoro (che aumenta), per il tempo sprecato in operazioni meccaniche (che diminuisce al punto quasi di sparire), per il beneficio che è possibile fornire agli allievi in termini di apprendimento, per una scuola che non sia staccata dal mondo e dalla realtà che quotidianamente i ragazzi vivono. Non sai come fare?! G Suite for Education Has a New Templates Option On Wednesday Google announced some changes to the Google Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets templates galleries. The old version of the templates gallery found at drive.google.com/templates will be going away at the end of the year. It will be replaced by the templates that you currently see when you go to docs.google.com, slides.google.com, sheets.google.com, or forms.google.com. Beginning today and rolling out over the next couple of weeks there is a new option for G Suite for Education users to share templates to a domain-wide gallery. Applications for Education Creating and distributing templates is a great option for teachers who want their students to follow a prescribed format for things like lab reports or research outlines.
My Five Most Frequently Recommended Google Forms Add-ons I receive a lot of emails from readers who have questions about Google Forms and G Suite in general. Many of those questions are answered with a suggested Google Form Add-on. The right Add-on can go a long way toward streamlining your process for completing common classroom tasks like keeping track of supplies or organizing classroom volunteers. CheckItOut is a great little Google Forms Add-on that allows you to create a simple check-out/ check-in system. g(Math) is a Google Forms Add-on that allows you to insert graphs and mathematical expressions into your Google Forms. Choice Eliminator removes response choices from your Google Form as they are used up. Email Notifications for Forms lets me receive not only a notification in my email when someone completes one of my Forms, it also lets me see their complete responses in my email. FormLimiter allows you to set a time for a form to automatically stop accepting responses.

Divulgatori e clienti delle fake news non richiedono un’arte della truffa così raffinata.

How to Use Google Search More Effectively [INFOGRAPHIC] Among certain circles (my family, some of my coworkers, etc.) I'm known for my Googling skills. I can find anything, anywhere, in no time flat. My Google-fu is a helpful skill, but not one that's shrouded in too much mystery — I've just mastered some very helpful search tricks and shortcuts and learned to quickly identify the best info in a list of results. Sadly, though web searches have become and integral part of the academic research landscape, the art of the Google search is an increasingly lost one. That search process also included determining when to rely on Google and when to utilize scholarly databases, but on a fundamental level, it appears that many people just don't understand how to best find the information they seek using Google. Search operators - Search Help Quando effettui una ricerca, puoi utilizzare simboli o parole per ottenere risultati più precisi. Ricerca Google, di solito, ignora la punteggiatura che non rientra tra gli operatori di ricerca. Non utilizzare spazi tra il simbolo o la parola e il termine di ricerca. A questo punto apri il pannello del tuo account Google e scegli Calendar: Creare Eventi e Promemoria E’ possibile creare eventi e promemoria cliccando in un punto qualsiasi di Google Calendar. Cliccando su Modifica Evento è possibile selezionare le molte opzioni possibili per l’evento (che devi immaginare, per esempio, come un compito o una verifica): E’ davvero tutto molto semplice e di facile utilizzo. E’ poi chiaro che la verifica in questione potrebbe essere preparata con Google Drive; come? Desideri ulteriori informazioni?
Google ora è in grado di dirvi in tempo reale quanto sono affollati i locali Ne abbiamo parlato qualche settimana fa, ma questa sera è stata annunciata da Google: ci riferiamo alla funzione che permette di visualizzare l’affluenza di persone in un locale in tempo reale attraverso Google Search e Maps. Cercando un’attività commerciale, come può essere una pizzeria, un ristorante o un pub, attraverso Google Search o Maps, d’ora in avanti saremo in grado di visualizzare quanto è affollata in tempo reale e perciò nel preciso istante in cui la stiamo visualizzando. E’ possibile anche visualizzare quanto in genere la gente soggiorna in un locale in un momento qualsiasi della giornata e della settimana e visualizzare gli orari dei servizi e dei reparti, così da conoscere, ad esempio, da che ora partiranno le consegne a domicilio di un ristorante. Ciò risulta estremamente utile perché dà la possibilità di organizzare cene, incontri e altre attività senza attese e più velocemente.
