Toddler crayons...
What does one do with a whole bag of old, unwanted, crayons... some that are perfectly good - just extremely illogical for small hands... and others that are broken and of no use to anyone?? Why, recycle them into toddler crayons, of course!!! Like most families with toddlers... no matter what the child's temperament. you always end up with a bunch broken crayons.... Fact of life. Those thin, elongated little buggers, are just not designed for a toddlers chunky hands, or their beautiful, spontaneous spurts of swirling energy & creativity!
Water Blob: Tutorial
A few weeks ago I saw this idea for water blobs floating around online and decided to try it ourselves the next time we were having friends over to play. Can I just say that this “water blob” was amazing amounts of fun. I layed on it, the kids jumped on it, slid across it and spent the entire day doing all sorts of crazy acrobatics. We loved it so much that I almost can’t wait to do another one. And the next one will have glitter in it… tons of glitter.

At some point near the middle of March, I always decide that I’m “done” with winter. When I saw this photo over at BHG I knew I had to have it. No doubt, it had to be mine. I do love the colors but they wouldn’t go with much in my house at the moment, so I had to improvise. I made a ton of these Santa Jars last year to give Oreo truffles in so I just made another big ol’ one. You can’t really mess this up, red body, white paint for fur, black belt and a silver buckle, last year the buckles were gold. This year, gold was not in my stash, which actually worked out because I used red and silver ornaments.
