Common European Framework of Reference for Languages The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, abbreviated as CEFR or CEF, is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and, increasingly, in other countries (for example, Colombia and the Philippines). It was put together by the Council of Europe as the main part of the project "Language Learning for European Citizenship" between 1989 and 1996. Its main aim is to provide a method of learning, teaching and assessing which applies to all languages in Europe. In November 2001 a European Union Council Resolution recommended using the CEFR to set up systems of validation of language ability. The six reference levels (see below) are becoming widely accepted as the European standard for grading an individual's language proficiency. Development

CEF Language level Comparisons The Common European Framework of Reference: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEF) is a system which could be used to compare language levels for teaching and testing languages in Europe. It was developed by the Council of Europe in order to try and set clear, attainable standards at different levels of language learning for European languages. The system is by no means perfect, but the descriptions below give some indication of the relationship between the CEF levels and standard levels used in teaching English. A1 - Beginners level - basic knowledge of the language, familiar everyday expressions and simple phrases A2 - Pre-Intermediate level - familiar with frequently used expressions and conversation on routine matters B1 - Intermediate level - Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.

Автономна спілка трудящих The overthrow of the authoritarian regime of Yanukovych by no means signifies for us the end of our fight. New dictators hasten to take the place of the Party of Regions. They will not hesitate to rely not only on considerably weakened security agencies, but on the far right militants as well. The regime of police and prosecutorial arbitrariness deserved its overthrow unconditionally, but now there may come a time for a new terror that will justify itself ideologically. At the moment, the main power is concentrated in the hands of the opposition party “Batkivshchyna” (“Fatherland”) , which has managed to rally a substantial part of the ruling class.
Aaaand It's Gone: This Is Why You Always Demand Physical We have said it over and over, we'll say it again. For all those who for one reason or another would like to boycott the broken markets, yet trade gold in paper form, please understand that all the invested capital is at risk of total loss and can and will be lost, commingled and rehypothecated, not necessarily in that order, with little to zero recourse and the residual claim on liquidating assets pushed to the very end of the queue. Because if Lehman, MF Global, Peregrine, and countless other examples were not enough, here comes Amber Gold: a gold-based investment ponzi scheme out of Poland, in which it is likely needless to say that the gullible investors never had actual possession of the gold. And when they tried, it was gone. All gone.
