Flera av bokmärken kan samlas ihop i mappar om de tillhör samma kategori, jag har till exempel en mapp som heter verktyg (för olika digitala verktyg jag använder), en mapp för nyheter osv. För att komma åt bokmärkeshanteraren klicka på “Bokmärken” i verktygsfältet i Google Chrome. “Hjälp! Sökfunktionen i driven gör det väldigt enkelt att hitta filer där, även om man inte kommer ihåg namnet. I Google Mail finns också sökfunktionen, där man kan välja att söka efter avsändare, mottagare, mail med bilaga, eller efter ord i mailet. Så nästa gång du inte hittar ditt dokument, klicka på den lilla pilen till höger i sökrutan för att få fler val att söka med. I webbläsaren Chrome finns nu även ett tillägg “Spara i Keep”.
