Utilizar documentos de Google apps con los alumnos tiene muchas ventajas, pero hay que ser muy ordenado para no acabar teniendo algún documento perdido por la nube. Por lo que yo he visto, los profesores habitualmente hacen que los alumnos creen documentos y los compartan. Esto está bien, pero organizarlos es un trabajo duro para el profesor. Imagine que tiene 7 cursos, a 30 alumnos por curso. En una semana un profesor podrá tener más de 200 documentos por organizar. Suponiendo que los alumnos hayan puesto un título identificativo al documento, será sólo cuestión de tiempo. Pero si además los alumnos han puesto títulos sin identificarse, el trabajo será mucho más difícil. Hoy presento dos scripts de Google apps que nos facilitarán mucho el trabajo en este sentido.
