Généralement, je divise ces proportions par deux et j’obtiens une vingtaine de biscuits Pour le glaçage (facultatif) : Sucre glace Citron (des petits bonbons pour gâteaux) Pour un glaçage encore plus gourmand : citron vert et rhum ou encore citron vert et malibu ^^ Je bats à la main les œufs, le sucre et le sucre vanillé. Je farine mon plan de travail et j’étale ma pâte au rouleau. J’enfourne le tout sur une plaque légèrement farinée à 180 ° pendant 15 – 17 mn.
