Je donnerai la version minimaliste une autre fois (pour les soirs de sabbat où il n’est plus possible de faire les courses !) ^^ Pour les biscuits : 1 verre d’œufs 1 verre de sucre 1/2 verre d’huile 1/2 sachet de levure chimique 1 sachet de sucre vanillé et / ou de l’eau de fleur d’oranger La farine « qui rentre » Parfois, j’ajoute une poignée de graines de sésame que j’ai préalablement grillé dans une poêle. Généralement, je divise ces proportions par deux et j’obtiens une vingtaine de biscuits Pour le glaçage (facultatif) : Sucre glace Citron (des petits bonbons pour gâteaux) Pour un glaçage encore plus gourmand : citron vert et rhum ou encore citron vert et malibu ^^ Je bats à la main les œufs, le sucre et le sucre vanillé. Je farine mon plan de travail et j’étale ma pâte au rouleau. J’enfourne le tout sur une plaque légèrement farinée à 180 ° pendant 15 – 17 mn.
