http://www.ottawacitizentoastmasters.com/ Ottawa Citizen Toastmasters meetings are friendly and supportive. The goal of every meeting is to give each participants an opportunity to speak. These opportunities—whether sharing a short joke or a quote or a more lengthy educational talk—provide all with an opportunity to learn. Participation at some level is key to growth as a speaker.
