(cue N Sync) Each valentine is stapled together to create a pouch full of secret candies. And the only way to find them, is to break my heart! Skill Level: AnyNeeded: * colorful paper* computer printer* stapler/staples* scissors* candy Start by printing this template from your computer. Two options….1) You can find the PDF file HERE. Paper Flower Key Holder / Mark Montano. Papercraft Stargazer Lily Bouquet. Cut flowers are lovely, but they can be quite expensive and do not last for very long. With paper flowers, there is no wilting or water, and they last for a very long time. Creating this bouquet will take some time, but the result is worth the effort. To make this bouquet, you will need: glue I use regular white glue. Scissors I use a combination of scissors and a craft knife, changing tools depending on the size and shape of the part I am cutting. round toothpicks These are for shaping. Paper I use regular printer paper for the majority of this, but I prefer card stock for the vase. Color printer The flowers will not look right at all if you do this in black and white. scoring tool You can use a dead ball point pen, but I use an embossing tool I bought at a local scrapbooking store. straight edge A ruler works well, but can be a bit awkward due to length.

Shake all of your paint cans thoroughly and have your paper, drying line, and clothespins ready. Fill the bucket with water leaving a few inches at the top but deep enough to accommodate the length of your paper. Select the color combination for your first piece of marbleized paper and spray a layer of color #1 onto the surface of the water within the bucket. Spray color # 2, color #3 etc. Be generous, the surface should be covered with paint. The paint will float and mix on the surface of the water. Hold your paper by the top edge either with clothespins or your fingers and dip slowly straight down into the center of the bucket.

Pull your paper straight out and hang to dry. Increasing the Life and Looks of Paper Folders. Fancy Paper Perforations with a Sewing Machine. You can make your own fancy stationery very easily if you have a sewing machine. And I don't mean by stitching on the paper, because that is not easy/can gum up your machine. I mean by perforating the edges in pretty patterns! Just set your machine to one of the pre-set fancy stitches, and send your paper on through! Do some testing first on scrap paper because, as you can see on the envelope in the picture, some stitches are too close together and tear the paper. Of course you can also do fancier things by disengaging the feed dogs on the machine and doing a little freehand sewing, too. Sewing-machine perforations can also give you the easy-tear functionality of perforated paper. If you're writing a letter, this looks great in a hand-stitched envelope.

How to make...............wall art with papers. Creating Silhouettes. Finding the Right Silhouette Design: To create your design printout, you must first find an image that will “work”. Simple black and white designs work best. You will also need to choose an image (or alter it) so there are no “floating” pieces of the image. Everything must attach. For instance, in the image shown, if the bird was in flight, with no part of it touching the branches, the bird would fall out of the design once it is cut out.

Since the bird is sitting on the branch, it becomes a solid piece of the design and can be used. Also, every part of the design must in some way be connected to the edges of the image. In the image shown, all of the branches, flowers, etc can be followed to the edges of the images with no interruptions. Flip the design so you wind up with a mirror image and print it out. Prepping Your Stencil: Trim around the edges of the stencil leaving an even border all the way around. Center your stencil face up on the BACK of your foreground paper.
