Unisonic Ascension - Beyond Meditation

When the brain is given a constant rhythmic stimulus, the brain will entrain by synchronizing brainwaves to that stimulus. This is called a Frequency-Following Response (FFR). Brainwaves and sound frequencies are measured in Hertz (Hz). If we stimulate the brain with precise frequency beating or pulses, we can produce a FFR in the brain. This can be used to exercise and train the brain according to the desired state of consciousness. Binaural beats are a scientifically proven brain entrainment process that slowly started to gain recognition after an article called, “Auditory Beats in the Brain”, by Dr Gerald Oster, was published in the October 1973 edition of Scientific America. Binaural beats work by sending two different Hz frequencies, to each ear via stereo headphones. The phantom tone range with binaural beats is from 0.5Hz to just over 40Hz. HEALING FREQUENCY.

What motivates behavior?

Hierarchy of Needs

According to humanist psychologist Abraham Maslow, our actions are motivated in order achieve certain needs. Maslow first introduced his concept of a hierarchy of needs in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation" and his subsequent book Motivation and Personality. This hierarchy suggests that people are motivated to fulfill basic needs before moving on to other, more advanced needs. This hierarchy is most often displayed as a pyramid. The lowest levels of the pyramid are made up of the most basic needs, while the more complex needs are located at the top of the pyramid. As people progress up the pyramid, needs become increasingly psychological and social. Types of Needs Abraham Maslow believed that these needs are similar to instincts and play a major role in motivating behavior. Maslow termed the highest-level of the pyramid as growth needs (also known as being needs or B-needs).

Area 51 declassified: Documents reveal Cold War 'hide-and-seek'

The recently released papers, which date mostly from the early 1960s into the 1970s, spotlight the U.S. government's desire for tight security at Area 51, also known as Groom Lake. The area was photographed with American reconnaissance assets to better assess what the Soviet Union's spy satellites might be able to discern. The documents also detail the debate over the possible release of a photograph "inadvertently" taken of the secret facility by NASA astronauts aboard the Skylab space station in 1974.
