The daylight was too easily scared away, When dusk called for twilight, And the Moon and the Stars, And together, they went out to play. The birds grow weary, As the darkness fills with stars, Something bigger than us, To remind how small we are. Winter’s gentle caress, filled with Rain and Snow, Autumn’s gentle caress, unwilling to let go.

As the mists reveal another day, We see that Jack Frost, Will always get lost, And uses the weather to guide his way. Autumn will replace the warmth of yesterday, Winter promises more of the same tomorrow, Sunshine is replaced by snow, wind and rain, But one day, it will be warm again. His Muse. Living Life On Hold.
