The more I travel the more I hate people. Iris Apfel.
Reasons for loving a long-strapped satchel: The crook of your arm remains delightfully unencumbered, your hands can be free of handles, and if you wear the bag across your body, messenger-style, your shoulders stay straight. Practicality aside, these bags have a chic, simple look. (Vogue) It doesn't matter to me if it is a cross body bag or messenger bag, I like both styles.

Isn't this pastel/sorbet hued lookbook so calm and beautiful? Blossom pink and choral, sugary sweet blue, fresh white, cheery yellow and green, orchids, and seaside charm...I long for those easy, breezy, wind-blown hair days and the sound of waves...
Each of NoaNoa's collections are so captivating...endearing fashion, full of polite charm and great details. I cannot wait to see this collection live. There is one thing to see a lookbook online, but quite another to actually touch the pieces and actually try them on. A customised ice cream van was parked outside Claridge's, offering treats to waiting guests, and the entrance to the hotel was covered in colourful plastic ice creams.
Mulberry know how to put on a great event - so great that they have to stage their runway show twice in one morning, just to meet demand. Luckily I had an invite to the 10am show, which was attended by both Kate Moss and Kristen Stewart. On the front row Kate wore jeans and a denim shirt from the SS12 Pre collection, whilst Kristen Stewart chose the Neely dress and braided Mulberry boots. They both looked absolutely gorgeous and Kristen didn't seem miserable at all (a lot of you asked on Twitter).
In fact, I like her a lot more now that I've seen her in person. But enough of the celeb spotting; there were clothes to look at too. Of course, there were handbags too.
The Sartorialist.
