There are several threads currently active about ESC's and flashing etc. Its a semi-technical process to flash an ESC, and each ESC has a different layout and requires a different harness etc. No something everyone will want to attempt themselves. Around the world, there are plenty of people who have the tech, the knowledge, and have made the rig to flash certain ESC's. These people generally would be happy to flash other peoples ESCs for them, at cost.

RCTimer/Turnigy/Hobbywing ESC DIY Firmware Flashing. Thanks to the help of timecop (yes he can be nice as long as he is interested ) I managed to flash my RCTimer 10A and 30A ESC. Joli, mais pour recycler des vieux ESC, vu que RC Timer les vend déjà flashé maintenant : ai quand même commandé un pour essayer de flasher des clones de red brick qui refusent de se laisser faire Oui, mais certains ont déjà rencontré des soucis avec ces ESC.Ils n'embarquent apparemment pas d'oscillateur externe, ce qui peut occasionner une surchauffe de l'atmel avec plusieurs conséquences comme perte de réactivité , décalage de la courbe d'accélération et même reboot en vol (avec certains moteurs apparemment).Du coup, je préfère acheter le modèle qui me convient - avec oscillo externe - puis le flasher moi-même.
En plus, sur certains moteurs, le firmware simonk ne convient pas. C'est le cas pour les moteurs NX-4008 que je suis en train de monter su run quad. Problèmes de désynchro avec le fw simonk. J'ai donc dû injecter un firmware WiiESC qui semble fonctionner parfaitement.
