The Israel Museum, Jerusalem The Lost Tomb of Jesus is a documentary co-produced and first broadcast on the Discovery Channel and Vision TV in Canada on March 4, 2007, covering the discovery of the Talpiot Tomb. It was directed by Canadian documentary and film maker Simcha Jacobovici and produced by Felix Golubev and Ric Esther Bienstock, while James Cameron served as executive producer. The film was released in conjunction with a book about the same subject, The Jesus Family Tomb, issued in late February 2007 and co-authored by Jacobovici and Charles R. Content[edit] The film describes the finding of the Talpiot Tomb during a housing construction project, and posits that it was the family tomb of Jesus. The excavation report for the predecessor of the Israel Antiquities Authority was written by Amos Kloner, now professor of archaeology at Israel's Bar-Ilan University.

DNA tests[edit] Christian views[edit] Reception[edit] 23 movies that will make you want to travel | Wild Scenery and Lit-up nights pull me out of my home office. As does people-watching, and the adrenaline boost of things that are hard for me — like getting lost — and making myself understood in another culture and language. Movies set in foreign backdrops can trigger that “need more” feeling. I asked Matadorians what movies make them think of spinning out of their everyday lives for a minute. I’m only 12 for 23 but, thanks to my colleagues, the other 11 are now on my short list. 1. 7 Years in Tibet One of several books by Austrian Heinrich Harrer about mountain climbing in extreme conditions, this book-made-into-a-movie tells the story of his seven years in Tibet, during its takeover by China.

Godardov stil[uredi | uredi kodo] Red Dog (2011.
