Daryl Caudle is a native of Winston Salem, North Carolina and a 1985 graduate of North Carolina State University (magna cum laude) with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was commissioned after attending Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island. Caudle holds advanced degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, Master of Science (distinction) in Physics from Old Dominion University, and Master of Science in Engineering Management.

He also attended the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix, where he obtained a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology. Lanham has been working as a forensic economist in the tri-state area for more than 20 years. She has been qualified as an expert in forensic economics, provided testimony at trial and prepared more than 1,000 economic loss valuation reports that were suitable for use in court. Lanham earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in Business Administration with a specialization in advanced accounting. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) with a specialization in international business plus a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a specialization in finance and business law.

While working as a forensic economist, Lanham developed a methodology that reviews the risk-based capital position of banks and insurance companies in punitive damages cases in an effort to assist the jury in determining an appropriate punitive damages award. Anta Moore is the recipient of the University’s 2014 Dissertation of the Year award. Moore received her Doctor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration this year. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with honors at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio, and holds a certification as a family nurse practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Moore’s dissertation was entitled “Experiences of African American Women Declining or Delaying Breast Cancer Surgery: A Phenomenological Study.” Her study was based on research that found that despite having a lower incidence of Breast Cancer than Caucasian women, African American Women were more likely to die from breast cancer than Caucasian Women.
