Cut two strips of fabric across the whole width of your fabric. Lay one on top of the other, WRONG sides together. Now we’re going to ruffle the edges. Also, make sure to stretch your fabric as you sew. Turn the raw edges to the inside. Now match both ends up. Use a blind stitch to sew both ends together.
