A less-than-30-minute meal that's good for your waistline and the whole family will enjoy! I tried out this recipe that I found in my June “Fitness” issue cause (1) it made my mouth water and (2) it was touted as being a “Quick Chick” recipe that only required 5 minutes for prep and 15 minutes for cooking! I was a bit skeptical because I’ve been in a kind of quick-chicken-rut you could say—I only make the 4-super-fast chicken dishes that I know and none of them involve a white wine reduction sauce (for some reason that just seems counter-intuitive to being a quick-cooking recipe, but it really works).
EatingWell If you're looking for an afternoon pick-me-up and trying to stay on a diet, a good snack can help you stay on track. Research suggests that nutritious snacks can stave off hunger by stabilizing blood sugar -- which may help you eat more sensibly at mealtimes.
