Aronian finished on 9/13, a full point ahead of Carlsen (who drew with Loek Van Wely), Radjabov and rising star Fabiano Caruana, who beat Boris Gelfand to not only take a share of the runner-up spoils but he also forces his way into the top 10 for the first time on the unofficial daily live ratings in the process.
