Mumford & Sons – The Cave (Tab and Chords)

http://ukulelehunt.com/2010/08/24/mumford-sons-the-cave-tab-and-chords/ Mumford & Sons – The Cave (Chords) So we’re all playing ukulele because of Mumford and Sons. According to the London Evening Standard and STV . Having inspired a ukulele boom is quite an achievement considering: a) they released their debut album long after the resurgence began; b) they’re not much known across the pond; c) they don’t play ukuleles and d) their big hit is in the key of E guaranteeing annoyed ukers.
(capo 2) Find general guitar chords here- http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/m/mumford_and_sons/white_blank_page_tab.htm -banjo comes in after 2nd 'oh tell me now...' with a strum down on Em then a gradual increase on picking. Unsure on exact picking, I just change it to what i feel like now and again but for that first bit its: high G string, B, D(high) repeating, add a little bounce to it for some bits and most of the time pinch high G every time to pluck high D. There's a decrease in chords (listen to song) after banjo first comes in which i play: G, D, Em. For the C chords i bar at 5th, D i do the normal position and for G I do the first inversion which you could find on the internet.

The only thing of note: the bend on the 4th fret of the B and G strings isn't very big, just enough to make it sound like a stylistic sort of thing. http://sites.google.com/site/alternativebanjo/sufjanstevens-themistresswitchfrommcclur This song is another very simple yet captivating song from the man, the myth, the legend: Sufjan Stevens. Because it has such a simple and almost joyful melody it exudes the essence of innocence and youth. Yet the song itself deals with very adult themes such as lust, deceit and even murder. The kids in the song are dealing with very mature issues while still trying to keep their childhood intact.
