This course is for anyone with responsibility for or interest in strategic planning. Strategy Dynamics is typically used to examine and develop strategies for corporate, not-for-profit and for governmental policy issues but is equally applicable to any strategic challenge. The method is more useful for managing a business than purely financial reporting approaches, and more comprehensive, robust and reliable than most balanced scorecards because it deals with the accumulations, interdependencies and feedback that are inherent in systems.
