As my colleague David Kirkpatrick reports from Cairo , tensions between Egypt’s military-led government and protesters increased on Saturday after a man who was run over by a police vehicle at a demonstration died from his injuries. The dead protester, identified by Egypt’s interior ministry as Ahmed Sayed El Soroor, 19, was taking part in a sit-in outside the Egyptian cabinet building, as part of an effort by street activists to prevent a new prime minister chosen by the military from taking office.
