ANTI Festival
ANTI – Contemporary Art Festival (Finland) and The Festival (Iceland) have chosen four artists to participate the Nordic Residency Project 2013. Selected artists are Satu Herrala (Finland), Eva Isleifsdottir (Iceland), Mari Keski-Korsu (Finland) and Juli Reinartz (Sweden). The residency partnership between ANTI - Contemporary Art Festival and The Festival is centrally motivated by a shared goal of both festival’s to support and promote Live Art in and across the Nordic region – and beyond. There were a total of 39 artists or artist groups, from different artists active in the Nordic region, applied to take part in the residency in response to an open-call that invited proposals that in someway engaged with warmth as a thematic.

Mit der Ausstellung „Weltwissen. 300 Jahre Wissenschaften in Berlin“ schaffte die Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin eines der Höhpunkte des Berliner Wissenschaftsjahres 2010. Auf über 3200 qm Ausstellungsfläche wurde eine beeindruckende Sammlung von Exponaten unterschiedlicher Kernthemen zur Wissenschaftsgeschichte gezeigt. Auf elf Wissenswegen konnten die 70.000 Besucher der Ausstellung in der Zeit von September 2010 bis Januar 2011 durch die Wissenschaftsgeschichte wandeln. x:hibit projects stand den Ausstellerteams beratend zur Seite, übernahm die Schulungen für die Mitarbeiter des Vermittlungsprogramms, stellte das Servicepersonal für die Audio-Guide-Ausgabe und übernahm das Teilprojektmanagement. for our third volume we were quite sure from the beginning that we were drawn to the word GATHER. we gave the artists very little direction but did share this definition... to bring together into one group, collection, or place; to pick or harvest; to come together around a central point details: 6 x 8 in (15.2 x 20.3cm) 68 pages, perfect bound digital output, full color throughout
