While I was browsing the internet the other day looking for some inspiration, I stumbled across these Fried Mozzarella Bites and I knew I had to make them. My recent homemade pizza was a big hit and I immediately thought these would be a big hit as well. Only instead of just cheese, I added some pepperoni and made mini pizza bites. And, they were ah-mazing! And because we liked them so much, I wanted to share the recipe with y’all!In the realm of Scalloped Potatoes, this recipe is the winner . . . at least in my book. It’s a Family Favorite. We make these for almost every holiday dinner, and in between. When I was younger, we would devour these very quickly at the dinner table.
