Le ministre fédéral allemand de la Coopération et du développement économique, Gerd Müller, a dévoilé le « plan Marshall » avec l’Afrique que propose son gouvernement au Groupe de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD), en déclarant que le Plan peut aider à relever certains des défis auxquels l’Afrique est confrontée.
