Revoluzzzionary Monster ∙ How To by Suse RevoluzZza on Cut Out. I got such an amazing positive feedback from many, many people concerning my monsters that I decided to give all my blog readers a little gift: A tutorial to make your own RevoluzZzionary Monster. It’s a simple one and even if you are a beginner you should be able to do it. If you have any questions while you are making the monster - just contact me. And you can make the monster with a very simple sewing machine - you only need a simple stitch and a zigzag stitch.

And the cute little monster I made during this tutorial - its name is Ninni - will be drawn by lot (my daughter and I like the RevoluzZza ribbon “lottery” that much that we want to have another “RevoluzZza lottery” :-)). Just leave a comment and on Friday my cute little daughter will draw by lot who will give the little beast a new home. Everybody can join - no matter where you live. OK, let’s get started! Kids Haus: May 2009. When I woke up this morning, I wasn't so sure I was going to have the Mother's Day that one dreams of experiencing. I don't really need to be pampered or doted on, I take after my own mother on that one, but I do find myself subtly nudging everyone to do something that I would like to do on this day -- like a coupon that I can redeem, no explanation necessary. So, what did I do?

I managed to get my family sort of inspired to head to a nearby park, ride bikes and have a picnic. They humored me and, honestly, it wasn't easy loading everyone and everything in the car but once we arrived at our destination it was EXACTLY as I imagined. Fresh air, smiling faces and a lazy afternoon. C: Dutch Corner, De Lapjesschuur. Farbenmix stoffen? De stoffenkraam heeft het! Groot assortiment stoffen online. Handmade Vintage Baby Blanket DIY.

There's something undeniably special about handmade baby blankets. My very talented mother made a blanket for me when I was born and it was something I could never part with. Growing up, (and somewhat still today) I have been a worrier. My blanket helped bring me the comfort and security I needed to get through those childhood moments when I felt scared or alone. Although I don't remember my blanket going everywhere with me, I do remember sleeping with it every night, taking it on every vacation, and especially bringing it along to slumber parties. I am now 26 years old and secretly still have my "blanket" in my bedroom closet. I thought it was only appropriate that I make my first daughter a blanket of her own. Just for fun, here are a few shots of my own baby blanket... Click below to get the details on how I made this blanket! *I realized as I was making this post that I really shouldn't be labeling this as a DIY project.
