Lately, I’ve been experimenting with lots of new Photoshop brush-making techniques. There are several ways to achieve a smoky look but most involve the use of the liquify tool, third-party plug-ins, or some creative photo manipulation. Either way, achieving a smoky effect can take a considerable amount of time. Create Snow. There are a lot of ways to Create Snow in Photoshop.
Some of the more popular methods involve photo manipulation or creative use of filters. While these methods work very well I felt that snow could also be created using a nice set of Photoshop brushes. After a bit of brainstorming and experimentation, I was able to put together this set of 10 High Resolution Brushes for Creating Snow in Photoshop. To use these brushes, just open up a photo, select a brush, adjust the size and color of the brush, and click. When you’re done, you’ll have a nice snow covered photo or graphic. Brushes 4. This weekend I’m bringing you some high-resolution photoshop acrylic paint brushes. They vary in size a bit, but are mostly all on the very large side :) I wanted these to be a little different from your average paint brushes, so I made them sort of blob-ish.
