O resultado indicou a Natura como a empresa de maior destaque, seguida por Vale do Rio Doce, Nestlé, Petrobras, Gerdau, Embraer, Microsoft, Real ABN Amro, Votorantim e Apple (empatados em 9º lugar) e Coca-Cola. Entre junho e julho de 2007, os pesquisadores ouviram a opinião de 1.276 presidentes, vice-presidentes, superintendentes e diretores de diversas instituições sobre as empresas mais admiradas do mercado.
