The novel is slated to be a benchmark and a defining work of the postwar Beat Generation that was inspired by jazz, poetry, and drug experiences. And now there is a movie on the same novel. After creating a buzz at the Cannes Film Festival this May, the first international trailer for On the Road has been released.
