Like a lot of other things on my blog, I try to keep the flavor high while also keeping the healthiness high! It's a great after work or workout snack as it's healthy and filling with a ton of protein. I also love this dip because you can change the amount of each ingredient depending on your mood. Only want a little cinnamon? Just add a little cinnamon.
