Disons-le sans détour : L’Afrique ne va pas bien, on le sait. Partout où je vais, on s’interroge sur son avenir, tant il est vrai, la problématique de son développement est devenue trop complexe. Je pense, avec d’autres, qu’il existe des africains fort capables de produire des analyses et des solutions innovantes et originales sur les grands enjeux de notre temps.
