How to make a candy wreath. In our family these candy wreaths are a holiday tradition that was passed from one lovely and creative woman to her equally lovely and creative sister. What a joy to have known that incredible woman and what a blessing it has been for me to be able have that sister for my sister-n-law. Each year my sister-in-law makes these wreaths for my children to take to school to hang in their classrooms. What a sweet treat for all of the kids!

First you need curling ribbon, some pretty ribbon to make a bow, a small pair of scissors, an 8″ or 9″ embroidery hoop, spray paint or colored electricians tape and 3 lbs of hard candy. You can also use the part of embroidery hoop with the metal closure– just tape over the metal part to secure it together and make sure you place it at the bottom when hanging. Did I mention loads of candy First paint or cover your hoop with colored electricians tape (makes it a little prettier as the candy is removed). Continue wrapping the candy to the hoop. Sweet! Halloween {TRICK OR TREAT} Wreath. EDDIE ROSS: Crafts. Here's a Christmas wreath so darling and dear, even Miss Crawford would approve. Take one of these... and bend it into the form of a circle. Then, grab your glue gun and as many round ornaments in varying sizes as you can find. You'll need about 80 in all. To secure the metal cap to the ball, dab a little hot glue and press. Next, untwist the end of the hanger, then string one ornament at a time, making sure to alternate the placement and colors as desired.

CHRISTMAS RAG WREATH GIVEAWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello Lovely people :0)I'm so excited today . I've been planning another giveaway for a while now . Of course your lovely comments are the highlight. So I got my thinking cap on as I wanted to make something special but not too time consuming, as you know I've got a crochet blanket on the hook which is very labour intensive. Well , this is what I've come up with .... What do you think ???? I must say, without wanting to blow my own trumpet too loud , I think it turned out great :0) It literally only took a couple of hours to make , well maybe a bit longer with the crochet snowflake , but I already had that .

So because I'm thinking you crafty types may like to make your own version I photographed the steps . I used plastic coated garden wire , and shaped it around a upturned plastic wastepaper bin to get a perfect circle...... I used a double loop to add strength to my circle ....... Kristen’s ruffly felt wreath. Continuing with the fluffy holiday craft theme is this beautiful wreath project from the talented blogger behind domestifluff (i love that name), kristen. inspired by a rosette pillow tutorial on etsy, kristen decided to create her own version for a wreath. though there was “much felt circle cutting involved” kristen loved the outcome, and the fact that it can be used year round. of course, if you want to make it more holiday specific you can choose alternate colors to use- but i love kristen’s snowy white version. if you’ve got a cold “stuck inside” day on your hands, this will be a great one to with friends or family. thanks so much to kristen for sharing!

I had rescued this wreath form from my neighbor’s trash last year and started sticking the moss to it with spray adhesive.
