I pulled off the shelf a rather large book; 'Time and Space'. It was whilst flipping through the pages that I first came across the name Schrodinger.It was that name which was largely responsible for the very strange life I would lead over the next several years, as a primary school child who dreamt of photons and quarks, black holes and time travel... and one terribly mistreated cat.John Gribbin is a particular favourite of mine, amongst the rather convoluted genre that is 'Popular Science'.
