Saving up means making the most of living in the UK and visiting little places we haven't been before. Last weekend we went to Eyam, the plague village, argah. In 1665 it was discovered that some cloth that had been sent up from London to a local tailor was infected with the plague, so the village decided to isolate themselves to avoid spreading the disease. The village is beautiful, and I found my own humble hovel to live in:

So, this one time I did an outfit video (that I shot very poorly & quickly on my crappy little point and shoot camera in less than 10 minutes) instead of outfit photos (I think I was inspired by Mary Van Note ) and it was actually a lot of fun and I wonder if I should do another one… The song I used is ‘Rockin’ in the Orbit’ by Jimmie Haskell & his Orchestra.

I can't believe how fast time has flown; today is the four year anniversary of Style is Style. I never thought that I'd stick with this hobby for this long. I also had no idea it'd become my other part time job, or that it would bring me so many interesting opportunities, people and new friends!
My Visa Hates Me
After college, we chose to move to a city because cities tend to be where culture is most concentrated and most accessible--Boston has some of the best museums in the country. Sadly, we don't take advantage of them as much as we should. There's always some excuse... time, cost, etc. Really we're just lazy. Yesterday we wanted to do something a little different, so we went to the Museum of Science to see the Gecko exhibit.
