If you have a truly toxic job that causes you to question your sanity: be thankful. Eventually you’ll leave that job, either because your misery will help you find the courage, or the men in little white suits will come to take you to a pleasant little asylum. Lucky you.

I Am Not Stealing

http://onefrugalgirl.blogspot.com/2011/01/i-am-not-stealing.html I consider myself to be pretty level headed. It takes quite a bit to stir me up and I tend to be the type to shout obscenities for a minute or two to release the anger and then let it all go. I rarely hold a grudge. In fact, you have to commit multiple acts against me before I’ll make a mental note of the wrongs you’ve caused.

Small Notebook

http://smallnotebook.org/ A couple of years ago I wrote about how much I love Evernote. I use it to collect notes for all of my projects. Since I use it every single day, it’s worth mentioning again. Evernote is how I organize my notes and ideas on my computer.
Welcome to our site, let me introduce ourselves. We are Kate and Matt and we have led a frugal living lifestyle now for over 10 years and are still going strong. We didn't know we were being frugal, we just thought we were trying to save some money and be a little better towards the planet. Just like many of you we have a mortgage to pay and all the usual monthly bills but we have managed to stay out of debt otherwise. http://www.frugal-living-tips.com/

Frugal Living Tips To Save Money Everyday

Even my jumbled pile of snow gear seems like a fresh challenge. Since December, we have pinned together gloves, searched for the long lost boot, and grown out of snowsuits. I'm saving those, so little worn, to hand down year by year.

http://www.thesimpledollar.com/2007/03/15/how-to-make-your-own-laundry-detergent-and-save-big-money/ I’ve been experimenting with making lots of cleaning supplies at home, but this one is by far the craziest – and the most successful. Basically, I made a giant bucket of slime that works incredibly well as laundry detergent at a cost of about three cents a load. For comparison’s sake, a jumbo container of Tide at Amazon.com costs $28.99 for 96 loads, or a cost of $0.30 a load. Thus, with each load of this stuff, I’m saving more than a quarter. Even better – I got to make a giant bucket of slime in the kitchen and my wife approved of it. - 1 box of washing soda (look for it in the laundry detergent aisle at your local department store – it comes in an Arm & Hammer box and will contain enough for six batches of this stuff)

Impulse Buy | Personal Finance Blog

For many people creating a family budget is an exercise in frustration. Where to start, how to set it up, should I use budgeting software? Are all questions that nearly everyone asks? And then when they do get it set up and start tracking the money coming in and the money going out something happens. An emergency or an impulse buy that screws the whole thing up. Unfortunately the majority of people give up on their family budget before they ever give it a chance to do what it is supposed to do.
When my husband and I got married we automatically joined our accounts. It seemed the thing to do, as we set up the budget to allocate our funds to bills, savings, and spending money. Everything worked automatically. What we decided to change Recently, we switched to managing separate accounts.
