This tutorial will guide you through a method you can use to design/render alloy wheels using Adobe Photoshop, and is intended for those with a reasonable understanding of working in Photoshop. This 2D technique can be used to quickly illustrate and explore a range of design proposals, in conjunction with 3D modelling. Along the way you will hopefully learn new tools and techniques that you can apply to your own Photoshop work.

Introduction A fully rendered side view of a design is still key for showing off your design and perhaps having it selected to become the project winner and turned into a full size model. With today's large-size printers, no one should have to go through the pain of producing a full-size, tape rendering, with all the masking and paint spraying.
Ambient Shadows Select the entire geometry and go to Scene > Create Ambient Shadows to apply Ambient Occlusion. Once Ambient Occlusion is applied, it is good to check whether the shadows have been applied properly, and check any inconsistencies.

Glyn School is a boys' comprehensive secondary school – with a partially co-educational sixth form – situated in the borough of Epsom and Ewell in the English county of Surrey . The school was rated as an "outstanding" school in January 2009 by Ofsted , the non-ministerial government department of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools in England . Glyn is the third school in England to move from 'satisfactory' to 'outstanding' within one inspection cycle. [ citation needed ] In March 2011, the Ofsted inspection for the Languages department was also outstanding . In May 2012 for a full inspection of the whole school, under the harder inspection criteria introduced by the government in January 2012, Glyn was again rated as an outstanding school.

Jamie Oliver and LACA, the school meals association, have joined the recent debate, arguing that Academies should continue to maintain healthy nutritional standards which are statutory in Local Authority controlled schools.
