SCORM 2.0, de quoi se réjouir..! - e-teach, le blog. Toute bonne chose a une fin ou du moins évolue avec son temps. C'est aussi le cas pour SCORM et AICC, ces deux spécifications qui depuis les années 1990 ont aidé le marché e-learning à se développer (plus ou moins) harmonieusement. Leur successeur (nom provisoire: SCORM 2.0) est actuellement en cours d'élaboration. Son objectif; tenir compte des technologies et des usages apparus depuis-lors (wikis, blogs, réseaux sociaux...) pour ne plus seulement adresser les problématiques d'outils auteurs et de LMS tels que l'ont fait SCORM et AICC jusqu'à ce jour. Tout un programme pour lequel il y a de quoi se réjouir ! Bref retour en arrière: Le Pourquoi d'une nouvelle spécification: Quels sont les challenges de SCORM 2.0 ? Suite à de 1ères consultations démarrées durant l'été 2008, des ébauches de SCORM 2.0 devraient voir le jour courant 2009 (1er semestre).
Source: Mooc : la standardisation ou l’innovation. Le développement des cours en ligne massifs et ouverts (Mooc pour massive online open courses) attise autant l’enthousiasme que le rejet. Pourtant, comme nous l’avons déjà signalé, ils n’ont rien de magique et paraissent bien souvent plus une réponse économique qu’éducative. En accentuant la concurrence entre universités et entre les étudiants eux-mêmes… les Mooc semblent répondre à un problème pédagogique par une solution économique très spécifique. Or, l’enjeu éducatif n’est pas là.

Louise Losos, the principal of Clayton High School in St. Louis, is suspected of having created a fake Facebook account under the alias Suzy Harriston and “friending” hundreds of students, presumably in order to monitor their communications through their Facebook postings.
The account, whose profile picture depicted a group of penguins, was set up last year. More than 300 students accepted the “friend” request from “Harriston,” many of them Clayton High School students, before a student who received one of the requests posted a note warning others to stay away from the account because he believed the principal was behind it, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Shortly after he published his note, the “Harriston” account disappeared.
