I had no idea it would touch so many people here and have enjoyed reading all the comments. One of the commenters asked me if I'd consider writing a blog about what motivates me, so here it is... When I first set out to lose some weight for the umpteenth time just over four years ago, most of my motivators were to move away from all the negatives I saw in my life: It Feels So Good to Be Healthy!
