Tripping as a Tool for Self-Improvement. Psychedelics are the chameleons of the drug world—amenable to a variety of uses, dependent on the user’s attitude.

Tripping as a Tool for Self-Improvement

The importance of set and setting cannot be overstated. If you use them as intoxicants, you will become intoxicated. If you want to see pretty shapes and colors and “trip out” to music, then they will act as sensory enhancers. If you want a new mode of consciousness that leads you to experience life in a novel way, they will satisfy that urge. I maintain that there’s nothing wrong with any of these approaches.

But the fact remains: these psychedelics can go much deeper than recreation. And psychedelics are very much agents of change. Much of this potential is likely to pass the recreational user by. Leo Zeff, the underground psychedelic therapist profiled in The Secret Chief Revealed, believed that a trip’s value is in catalyzing personal growth. Casual trippers often overlook two important stages of tripping: preparation and integration. A Final Note on Safety. Quantum physics proves that there IS an afterlife, claims scientist. Robert Lanza claims the theory of biocentrism says death is an illusion.

Quantum physics proves that there IS an afterlife, claims scientist

He said life creates the universe, and not the other way around. This means space and time don’t exist in the linear fashion we think it does. He uses the famous double-split experiment to illustrate his point. And if space and time aren’t linear, then death can’t exist in ‘any real sense’ either. Most scientists would probably say that the concept of an afterlife is either nonsense, or at the very least unprovable.

Yet one expert claims he has evidence to confirm an existence beyond the grave – and it lies in quantum physics. What and where is cream of tartar? What and Where is Cream of Tartar?

What and where is cream of tartar?

Please tell me what cream of tartar is and where I can find it? Cream of tartar is the common name for potassium hydrogen tartrate, an acid salt that has a number of uses in cooking. Now, before you get all jittery about the thought of cooking with an acid, it's worth noting that lettuce, brown sugar, steak, plums, and just about every other food we eat is acidic. In fact, egg whites, baking soda, and milk are the only non-acidic (alkaline) foods we have. Cream of tartar is obtained when tartaric acid is half neutralized with potassium hydroxide, transforming it into a salt. Cream of tartar is best known in our kitchens for helping stabilize and give more volume to beaten egg whites. If you are beating eggs whites and don't have cream of tartar, you can substitute white vinegar (in the same ratio as cream of tartar, generally 1/8 teaspoon per egg white).
