They are incredibly easy and look fabulous. With only a few supplies, you can be on your way creating an eye catching piece. You will need: Craft Glue (Jade Rose uses Beacon for everything) Loose rhinestones (Jade purchased hers from a local fabric store, but you can take apart broken vintage jewelry and use the rhinestones as well) Ring bases from Etsy Step 1: Pick out your favorite gems you want to work with and begin to play around with patterns for the placement of the stones on the ring. Step 2: Once you've decided on your unique design, add a small drop of glue to the top base of the ring. Step 3: Carefully place your stones on the ring (using tweezers can help with placement) in the pattern you created.

Polymer Clay Rose Earrings I recently had the opportunity to try crafting with some polymer clay from Sculpey, manufactured by Polyform Products. I have ALWAYS wanted to try out polymer clay. I've seen some cool jewelry made with polymer clay before and thought it would be a great way to broaden my horizons with my jewelry making skills! Sculpy makes a ton of different colors of polymer clay and various accessories, but for my project I just stuck to the basics and used one block of polymer clay and the razor blade from this accessory pack. I kept things simple with this first project.

I wanted to make a simple DIY wrap bracelet, and loved the braided touch seen in the bracelets in Monday's post. I picked up some pretty silver embroidery thread at Michael's to add some shimmer to the rose quartz cabochon I used. Supply details and instructions after the jump. Tools and materials:Embroidery floss4 Jump ringsClasp Scissors Pliers Cabochon (I used 15mm rose quartz)Bezel link 1) Cut six strands of embroidery thread, each 24 inches long. 2) Use pliers to attach a jump ring to either end of the bezel. 3) Loop three of the strands of embroidery thread through one of the jump rings. 4) Begin braiding the threads together, until the braid is about 7 to 8 inches long, or long enough to wrap once around your wrist and then knot. 5) Repeat by adding another jump ring and braid to the bezel. 6) Finally, add a jump ring to both ends of the bracelet by looping through the knot, with a clasp on one of the ends.

I’ve tried a few different methods and the one I’m showing today is my favorite so far. This multi-strand necklace made from chain and beads is sparkly enough for any formal party, but asymmetrical so it looks effortless, too.
