Moreover, many of us in leadership are running on empty, neglecting our own inner life with God. The conference is designed for church leaders eager to lead differently, ready to integrate two missing components in today’s church – emotional health and contemplative spirituality. We will address this large spiritual formation problem by looking at the paradigm of emotionally healthy spirituality that has been developed at New Life Fellowship out of its 25-year history. Limited to 350 people this Conference is held each year at New Life Fellowship in Queens, New York.
