Cake Batter Blondies Recipe

I found these yummy bars-o-goodness over at girlmeetslife . . . and wow. My husband LOVES anything that uses a "Funfetti" cake mix and I knew as soon as I saw these that they would quickly become his favorite . . . I was totally right. This is kind of a like a dense cake, which makes it easy to cut up and serve as bars. They are super easy to throw together and taste amazing.

Ingredients: 1 box yellow (or Funfetti!) Directions: Combine the cake mix, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Frosting: 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened 2-3 Tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar (more or less depending on how thick/runny you like it) 3-4 drops red food coloring to get desired pink color (optional) Combine all ingredients until well-blended.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie n’ Oreo Fudge Brownie Bar

On Thursday I found out. And on Friday… I had this. This beautiful, ridiculous, indulgent, outrageous, illegal in 48 states, totally wonderful ultimate layered cookie and brownie treat. It is without a doubt, completely and utterly insane. But I mean that in a good way. These dangerously decadent chocolate chip cookie ‘n brownie bars combine the best of a gooey chocolate chip cookie, warm fudgy brownie, and an extra sweet double stuffed Oreo. All you need is a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe (using a little less flour than you normally would), some double stuffed Oreos, a family-sized brownie mix for a 9×13 pan, and some hot fudge chocolate topping for good measure.

Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Whip up your cookie dough and spread it in the bottom of the pan. Cover with Oreos… Oh, baby. Who wants cookies? Directions: Nutella Caramel Hazelnut Brownies. Note: This recipe is baked in a 10×7 baking pan.

Not any more. My wife found this recipe, and it’s perfect. I’m done looking. This is the brownie recipe that I’ll use from now on. Ingredients 1½ cups sugar ¾ cup flour ¾ cup cocoa powder (see note below) 3 eggs ¾ cup butter, melted ½ teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter) ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (see note below) Directions. The Londoner: Slutty Brownies. Now I don’t want to over sell this, so I’m going to be conservative and simply say, that these are… The Best Brownies In The WORLD.

The Londoner: Slutty Brownies

I know, big statement. They’re called Slutty Brownies because they’re oh so easy, and more than a little bit filthy. They’re best served warm from the oven, with good quality vanilla ice cream (devastatingly I didn’t have any in the freezer this time, so I guess I’ll just have to make them again). They take about 45mins to make, including baking time. The ultimate comfort food, whipped up within the hour. You will need… 1 Box of cookie mix, 1 Box of brownie mix, 2 Eggs, 2 Packs of Oreos (double stuffed ones are even better if you can find them) Some oil & your favourite ice-cream (optional) Preheat your oven to 350F, 180C, gas mark 4.

Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Squidge (technical term) the cookie dough into a lined baking tray, until it covers the bottom. Cover this layer with your Oreos.
