Most women (at least the ones I know) like the idea of having nice full natural looking lips. Since store bought lip plumpers are usually pretty pricey, this homemade version not only works just like a lip plumper should but it is super inexpensive to make yourself! The secret ingredient that most of the expensive lip plumpers have in them is cinnamon oil. Cinnamon oil works by stimulating blood flow, which makes it the perfect (natural) lip-plumping agent. The more you add the more your lips will tingle and plump.

What you will need: Clear unscented lip gloss%100 pure cinnamon essential oil Pour 7-8 drops of cinnamon oil into the bottle of clear lip gloss. Put the cap back on and make sure you evenly mix up the oil. Homemade Body Scrub. Supplies - 3 cups of sugar3/4 cup of olive oilJuice from one lemonZest from two lemons2 tablespoons of vanilla extractJar(s)TwineTags (I used a shipping tag like these, which I always keep handy) So as a quick disclaimer, this is about the easiest thing you’re ever going to do.

Hooray for simple! Put your sugar in a large mixing bowl, then mix in the oil and vanilla extract. Next up, zest two lemons and add it to the mix. Well, I am kinda obsessed with the ombre hair, so I tried it with my sister, but as she doesn't like the idea of dying her hair I sorta created a different way of using to de chalk technique! You just need some chalk, water, a small container, a paintbrush and a towel.

First place a small part of the chalk you've chosen and dissolve it until you see it is totally incorporated, after that just apply the mixture over the tips of your hair, let it dry and then just comb it, repeat these steps by adding more color on the tips so that you get the ombre style! After that you are all done (: Have a nice day! Xoxo. Monica. Signature COLORS: VALENTINE'S DAY. As a single girl, I look to Valentine's Day this year for a release of "cheesy" energy.

Have a fantastic weekend! Pretty Simple :: Faux Bob. To my long-haired ladies out there: how often to you get that impulsive urge to just chop it all off? I’ve gotten (and scratched) the itch twice, and following both incidents I spent the next two years kicking myself as my hair slowly inched its way back to its original length. That said, today Martha Lynn brings us a chic hairdo that also happens to be my new best friend: the faux bob. And they say you can’t have your cake and eat it too! Keep reading to learn how to give yourself the temporary chop, and I’d love to know if this is a look you’d try on yourself.

{Image via Eyeshadow Lipstick} {Image via Thirsty Roots} Get Low: Princess Leia High: Loveumadly. Last weekend, I met a family friend’s lovely girlfriend for the first time. She’s a nutritionist, so naturally I pounced on her. What are foods to absolute avoid? What do you think of that Paelo diet? What do you eat as a snack – and don’t you dare tell me carrots!

I highly doubt this is how she wanted to spend her Sunday in the Hamptons, but I was relentless. She basically believes in moderation. Very little red meat. So what’s a girl to do with all her extra Crystal Light (because we know I’m not giving up my Diet Coke so fast)?
