These delicious desserts are really not that difficult to make. Let me give you a few hints to making these desserts for your Holiday table! Did you know by changing the cocoa powder to Black Cocoa Powder you can have a cake roll that tastes just like an oreo cookie? I did not reserve any filling to garnish this Oreo Cake roll. Desserts are so much fun to make and of course to eat, too. One of the tricks to getting a nice cake roll is to use a good quality parchment paper and Pam Spray. Cake rolls may look difficult to make but really they are not that hard. This cake roll I used regular cocoa powder and filled it with Peanut Butter Filling.
