In that dialog, you should also be able to name your archive, just set the name to "manga-1-vol-1.cbz" or whatever would be appropriate (use CBZ for zip archives and CBR for rar archives, both are viewable in all such progs). If your archiving program has an option to delete the files after archiving, you can use that.
