Kettlebells also make traditional dumbbell moves more challenging. Their weight isn't evenly distributed, so your stabilizer muscles have to work harder. Well this is it… The Bodyrock 30 day fat loss challenge has arrived!! If you haven’t made any new years resolutions yet, this should be it.
