Six photographers "who journey where no lens is safe" will showcase their work at HOTSHOTS, a photo show at Dixon Place (161A Chrystie St) that opens on May 2nd and ends a month later. They are BV contributor Harriet Roberts, occasional BV contributor Tod Seelie, Rosalie Knox, Colin Michael Simmons, Walter Wlodarczyk, and Rebecca Smeyne (who has also shot for BV). The free and open-to-the-public opening reception will include live music from The Jennifer Blowdryer Band & Moonshine Shorey with Sean T.
